Date of Entry - This field is the date in the upper left hand corner of the page, not the date you are entering the data.
Dates - Dates should be entered in the dd-mmm-yyyy hh:nn am/pm format. Only record the time when a time is entered and include the am/pm designation. Assume PM if not entered. Ignore the day of the week. Include the year for the death date even if it is not listed. For example, the following death date:

Oct. 16, Saturday 2 P.M.
```
should be recorded as:
```
16-Oct-1943 2:00 PM
```
Age - Age should be entered with the units (Year, Months, Days). For example an entry of:
```
AGE      45           5           8
       (Years)     (Months)     (Days)
```
should be entered as
```
45 Years 5 Months 8 Days
```
If singular, then drop the s.
Relation Write In -

This is the field under the Husband Wife Widow not the Relation Name.
Obituary - Some pages will have obituaries attached. This is the field you enter this data.
Locations - It can be difficult to determine if a comma is included. Thus, assume proper comma delineation for locality, i.e. Place, Street, City, State.
States Use the modern two character upper case abbreviation for states.
