Funeral Home Project
Calling all volunteers!
The DuPage County Genealogical Society is proud to announce a new
project to publish DuPage County Funeral Home records. This project consists of the following
steps:

Post scanned pages to web site,

Internet volunteer transcribes page,

Different Internet volunteer transcribes page,
-
Transcriptions are compared and once two are received with no discrepancies it is posted (thus assuring quality data),
-
Name index is created locally and nightly sent to TNG Network.
Once complete the data will be published in book form and CD.
